Mrs. Sophie Pouillet
FOUNDER & CEO
Sophie Pouillet brings nearly 40 years of international experience across entrepreneurship, management, sales, and education in both France and the United States.
Since 2016, she has served as General Manager and Co-Owner of Survey Café in Florida, overseeing daily operations, financial strategy, staff management, and property renovations. Her earlier career includes 21 years as an Independent Sales Representative for France Mode, five years as General Manager of Bricomarche, and a decade teaching English at St Hildevert in France.
In addition to her professional work, Sophie contributes to community development through leadership roles in Downtown Alliance Bonita Springs and the Group of Citizens Bonita Springs.
